JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Skill and proficiency in applying the principles, concepts, and techniques, which are central to the nursing profession. Knowledge of LTC policies and procedures and of licensed area/unit activities and personnel as acquired through an orientation program. Physical Normal LTC environment.
