Energy Plant Operator Lead GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the energy plant and assists the engineering manager in the day-to-day direction of energy plant operations. Takes a lead role in the inspection, installation and ongoing maintenance and repair of energy plant and other mechanical systems at the all Bryan Health campuses. Utilizes extensive knowledge, experience, troubleshooting techniques and equipment manuals to identify, analyze and complete all preventative maintenance, repair and adjustment of steam, condensate, chilled water, hot water, and soft water producing equipment and HVAC equipment.
