Summary: The Shift Machining Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading the designated shift in the machining department and providing day-to-day work direction for the machining team. Secondary responsibilities include ensuring production schedule adherence, meeting production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and troubleshooting production issues. These functions are performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that produces existing and new products.
