Description:   The Treatment Plant Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervision and direction of employees operating and performing maintenance at a 24/7 Wastewater Facility. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for assisting the Engineering Management team via reporting, policy and procedure implementation, to maintain and improve plant operation within regulations and approved budget. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Supervisory Responsibilities Manage, Assess, and Coach employee performance and workflow Ensure that business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met Plan, assign, and schedule Operators to maintain the wastewater treatment plant on a 7-day week, 24-hour daily basis.
