Position Summary Supervises water distribution and wastewater collection crews to safely operate, maintain, and repair mains, services, valves, hydrants, manholes, and lift stations while meeting KPIs and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Schedule, dispatch, and supervise crews for leak repairs, main/service installs, valve/hydrant maintenance, sewer line cleaning, and emergency response. Ensure OSHA compliance including confined space, trenching/shoring, traffic control/MOT, LOTO, and PPE. Oversee CMMS work order management, asset PMs, and inventory; verify accurate documentation and closeout. Coordinate with customer service, engineering, contractors, and municipalities on outages and digs; issue notices and maps.
