We’re Hiring: Technical Trainer (Training Manager) If you’ve worked hands-on with circuit boards, soldering, and IPC standards —and you’re the person others rely on to teach and elevate the team—this role is for you. We’re looking for someone who can own training at a site level , combining real electronics manufacturing experience with the ability to build and deliver training that actually improves performance. What You’ll Own This isn’t just delivering training — you’ll be responsible for the entire training ecosystem at the site.
