Job Summary: The Principal Test Technician is responsible for leading and performing complex testing procedures on products, systems, or components to ensure quality and functionality of systems manufactured at HiARC. This role involves troubleshooting, analyzing test results, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve testing processes. The Principal Test Technician may also mentor junior technicians, develop testing protocols, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. Responsibilities: Work from specific drawings, sketches, schematics, technical manuals and explicit verbal or written instructions to construct assemblies.
