Job Description: The Reliability Engineer will eliminate maintenance losses in the site by using proven technical tools to develop maintenance strategies for both new and existing equipment. This role must be a leader in maintenance improvement tools (PM Optimization, RCM, RCA, FMEA, etc.) and knowledgeable in predictive maintenance tools (Vibration, Ultrasound, Thermography, etc). The Reliability Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing proactive maintenance strategy for site or area to deliver equipment reliability (Planned and Unplanned Maintenance Losses) for agreed cost (labor and expenses).
