Job Description The Technical Sourcing Manager leads the sourcing, qualification, and procurement of technical components, parts, and engineered materials that support Fleet Managers, Maintenance & Repair (M&R), and broader operational needs. This role focuses on technically complex categories requiring engineering drawings, vehicle specifications, technical specifications, detailed vendor assessments, and rigorous quoting processes. The role emphasizes technical product understanding, component-level cost analysis, supplier capability evaluation, and ensuring the right parts are available at the right cost, quality, and lead time. It partners closely with Engineering, M&R, Fleet, and OEM suppliers to ensure parts programs deliver operational reliability and cost efficiency.
