Job Overview The Production Manager provides leadership and support for the implementation, development and direction of production teams. In addition, manages manufacturing quality, efficiencies, labor costs, plant safety, personnel, scheduling, sanitation, system issues, consumption, and yields. Job Responsibilities Monitor and improve productivity, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost-conscious manner. Develop and create training plans to maximize workforce capability. Leading compliance, as well as environmental Health & Safety efforts in support of plant goals. Manage and coach supervisors to strengthen and enhance their management skills. Anticipate events/issues/situations and rectify them before problems develop.
