Job Description: We are seeking a highly professional and self-motivated Reliability Engineer to drive operational excellence at our Tomah, WI facility. In this role, you'll take ownership of multiple areas of the factory, focusing on breakdown correction, comprehensive breakdown assessments, and planned maintenance to optimize site reliability. Along with factory floor support, you will own the site's storeroom responsibilities, managing critical spare parts, inventory, and materials support. This position will also play a key supporting role in the implementation of Progressive Maintenance (PM) programs, collaborating closely with the broader team to roll out these initiatives.
