Summary: A Group Lead is a working leader. S/he performs tasks substantially similar (in terms of nature and level) as the employees under his/her leadership. In addition, the Production Supervisor has responsibility for assisting the Production Manager in carrying out certain aspects of the business responsibilities. Provides work instruction and prioritizes work of their team to ensure integration quality, production objectives and schedules are met. The Technical Lead provides training and performs complex technician functions including performing complex builds and complex troubleshooting with or without a build plan.
