Job Type Full-Time Overview The Mover, working under the general direction of the Supervisor and/or Lead Mover, delivers, and picks up furniture, paper goods, machinery, rental equipment, and other materials as required. The incumbent will be required to move and transfer items using manual and powered material handling equipment, including flat dollies, appliance dollies, forklifts, and large trucks. The Mover must be able to obtain a forklift certification within 6 months of hire. They will also be required to occasionally work for the Sanitation Crew as a drivers’ assistant or refuse scooter operator. This position requires good judgment, and the ability to work within deadlines to perform multiple tasks and communicate effectively with customers.
