As an Operational Excellence Leader , you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and operational performance across our microelectronics business supporting the defense and aerospace sectors. This position is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on leading Lean transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
