CNC Machine Operator Job Description: Hourly Rate: $25-40 Summary: CNC machinists produce parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; adhere to quality and safety standards; complete accurate quality records as per SIS ISO standard requirements; and maintain the minimal daily maintenance requirements of equipment and supplies. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: (Include the following; however, other duties may apply.) Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner. Ability to operate one machine independently. Reads and interprets basic mechanical blueprints proficiently. Able to convert from/to metric and imperial, fractional, and decimal. Properly and safely loads and unloads parts and raw material in CNC Machinery. Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
