Description: Non - Exempt   Full-time   Summary: The Production Coordinator located at Kingsbury, IN reports to our Plant Superintendent and is responsible for supervising the production of finished goods, sub-assemblies and components. Duties include general supervision of workers to achieve production schedules at a competitive cost.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze schedules to determine material and labor requirements. Train and supervise Flexible Assemblers for component assembly and final assembly areas. Work with Flexible Assemblers to manufacture products which meet established quality criteria. Tasks include troubleshooting sub-assembly and final assembly problems, use of hand and portable power tools, light machine operation, calibration and testing and visual inspection.
