Overview: To provide multi-disciplined, skilled building operations and maintenance services to entities affiliated with Unity Point Health or as directed by competent authority. Preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and building occupant general maintenance services are prime functions. Ensures that all assigned work is completed in an effective, timely, and dependable manner that meets or exceeds all code requirements that may be applicable.
