Job Description: The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible and accountable for ensuring all finished products are packaged according to Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) specifications and Quality Management Process (QMP) standards, supporting Mars Quality and Food Safety principles. This role plays a critical part in delivering safe, high-quality products while maintaining operational excellence and production efficiency. New hires are eligible for a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for this position. Starting Pay: $22.90 per hour plus an additional $2 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift. What are we looking for?
