Overview:
The Automation Lead is responsible for ensuring the operational availability and reliability of our Automated System. As an Automation Lead, you will play a critical role in operating and troubleshooting our system, working closely with the Equipment Engineer to optimize performance and minimize downtime. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Align coverage for breaks and lunches for the automation specialists on shift to ensure no gaps in automation. Train backups to conduct processes that align with the SOW.
