Description:
The Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisor is responsible for supervising and directing employees who operate and maintain a 24/7 wastewater treatment facility. The Supervisor also assists the Engineering Management Team with reporting and implementing policies and procedures to maintain and improve plant operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to the approved budget. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervisor Responsibilities: Manage and coach employee performance and workflow. Ensure business goals, deadlines, and performance standards are met. Plan, assign, and schedule operators to maintain wastewater treatment plant operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Manage time and attendance, PTO requests, etc. Ensure full compliance with all company safety policies. Report performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management. Train and onboard new hires. Interview and hire employees as needed....
