Description: Summary: Responsible for the overall management and direction of manufacturing operations and site facilities management. Ensure production objectives are met at the lowest cost consistent with product quality requirements, while maintaining high safety standards and ensuring all legal and regulatory compliance. Develops operational business plans, budgets and staffing requirements to support growth to annual sales volumes. Essential Duties: 1. Manage the daily manufacturing operations, utilizing Lean Operating System best practices (leader standard work, daily cell and plant KPI reviews etc). 2.
