Riverside Apartments is seeking to fill a full-time General Maintenance position at its location in beautiful Riverside area in Jacksonville, FL.  This position is responsible for exterior and interior physical conditions of building and facility grounds.  This position will be responsible for remodeling vacated apartments and also assist the Director of Maintenance with other day-to-day maintenance and repairs. The schedule for this position is M-F 8am-4:30pm and on call fro emergencies every third week. Essential Job Functions: Completion of housekeeping duties, repairs, and special work orders. Supervisory Capacity:               No Supervisory Responsibilities Motivate and provide direction to the Process Technicians ensuring appropriate directions, training, and evaluation.   Develop and maintain the process standards in which all parts are manufactured. Review production and operating records and resolves technical processing issues. Follow established action plans for processes out of range.   Specify project management and buy off of new equipment.
