Job Description: As a Maintenance Manager you are responsible for overall Maintenance programs for the Facility. The position manages the day to day Maintenance requirements. He/she is accountable to hire required mechanics, organize schedules, and assign work activity based upon priorities at hand. He/she performs training as required for mechanics to effectively work in the areas of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, refrigeration, ventilation and other building and equipment systems.
