Job Description: The Digital Manufacturing Engineer - Continuous Improvement will lead the local implementation and adoption of Riobot, an AI-powered troubleshooting and knowledge management solution, at our Royal Canin manufacturing site in Lewisburg, Ohio. Reporting to the Industrial Engineering/Supply Excellence Manager, this role will serve as the critical connection between site Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Education and Training, and regional and global Riobot teams. You'll help bring Riobot to life on the plant floor, integrating it into daily workflows, capturing site-specific knowledge, strengthening troubleshooting capabilities, and helping Associates confidently use the technology in their day-to-day work.
