Role Summary: The RTS Production Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Memphis food manufacturing facility. This role ensures production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and employee engagement. The supervisor leads a team of production workers, manages resources, coordinates with other departments, and ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations, including food safety protocols, quality standards, and production procedures.
