Job Summary The Senior Training Manager is a high-impact individual contributor who serves as a learning content strategist and design expert within Medline’s Learning & Development organization. This role owns the end-to-end learning content strategy, design, and development process, partnering closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, engaging, and accessible training.
