Job Classification: Operations - Insurance Operations Implementation Manager The Implementation Manager (IM) will join our cohesive and engaged team to serve as the project lead responsible for transitioning customers to the Prudential platforms for all Group Insurance products including Life, Disability, Absence, AD&D and Voluntary products. This position directly interfaces with customers and is highly visible in the organization. The IM proactively engages with customers to ensure seamless plan administration.
