Job Description Summary The Capital Project Manager (CPM) plays a pivotal role in the execution of capital projects; the management of short- and long-term capital plans; and the planning of sound, financially viable projects that protect building systems and enhance performance for hotels within Sonesta International Hotel's managed and owned estate. CPMs coordinate with hotel operations and several other departments, as well as outside consultants, to develop and execute projects and 5 year capital plans. At times, this individual will be tasked with visiting properties to establish projects or monitor their progress, review quality of work and compliance with construction documents.
