Description: The Assistant Operations Manager provides direct operational oversight across yard, shredder, and ELV processing while reinforcing safety, production efficiency, environmental compliance, and employee accountability. The Assistant Operations Manager serves as a key link between frontline supervisors and the Operations Manager, ensuring consistent execution of operational plans, policies, and performance expectations. This is an active, hands-on managerial role, leading the team from the yard.
