Utah Transit Authority Description As the Manager of Customer Experience , you will: Lead and direct the work of the Customer Experience Team by analyzing data from all customer touchpoints and channels across the transit system to understand customers’ needs, expectations, and preferences. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and partners to develop and deliver customer experience strategies, projects, and policies that drive ridership growth and retention while strengthening UTA’s brand and reputation. Develop integrated, systemwide strategies and plans related to customer-facing wayfinding information, customer maps, bus stop accessibility, customer satisfaction and public opinion research, and customer information for programs and services such as planned service disruptions, major events, and triannual change days.
