Overview Responsible to the Manager Sterile Processing  for the operation and administration of the Sterile Processing systems,  including effective management of clinical systems, human resources, finances and the work environment.  Develops, implements, and monitors sterile processing standards, and promotes the overall goals and objectives of the department’s mission.  Must be able to adjust to and lead others through a rapidly changing environment. Qualifications EDUCATION:  Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with Alabama Licensure, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work related experience demonstrating effective leadership and management skills.   CERTIFICATION: IAHCSMM certification in Healthcare Leadership required within 1 year of hire.   EXPERIENCE:   Extensive Operating Room or Sterile Processing  experience preferred.  Demonstrates leadership ability....
