About the Role: You will: Supervise a team of Counter Sales or warehouse personnel. Provide training and guidance to Counter Sales/warehouse team to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Serve as an escalated point of contact for customers with inquiries or concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Attract and retain customers.
