Position Summary To ensure the production of safe, quality products by training, developing and managing our employees according to established company standards. Essential Function s Manages, trains and develops employees to ensure that they are performing job duties and meeting and executing company goals in accordance with established standards. Ensures that company policies, standards and procedures (e.g. safety and OSHA compliance, Federal/State/Local Laws, quality control, water treatment) are met, followed and maintained. Coordinates syrup-batching activities to ensure production schedules are met. Monitors daily product batches to ensure yield optimization while ensuring product quality so that the company can meet and exceed customer expectations, Pepsi Co standards and company profitability goals; make decisions about continuing production when product does not meet acceptable standards/specification.
