Job Description As an Engineering Program Manager at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving predictable NPI execution of through strong execution metrics, disciplined governance, and proactive risk management. You will monitor execution health across timelines, cost, quality, and compliance, using data and leading indicators to surface risks early and drive corrective actions before they impact delivery. You will operate and support management operating rhythms (MOS), ensuring leadership has clear, accurate visibility into program execution and that decisions translate into timely follow through. Your ability to analyze execution data, identify trends, and escalate issues with clarity will be critical to improving delivery outcomes and minimizing late stage disruptions.
