Position Summary Contribute to the mission of Goodwill by being an active Management Team Member at a retail location. Assist in maximizing financial results, store appearance, customer experience and associate satisfaction. Assistant Managers, in their manner and appearance, keep a positive work environment and act as exemplary role models to their staff and customer.
