Our Urology department is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor who will aid the organization's lean leadership culture by demonstrating, supporting, and coaching others. The Clinical RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, directing, and staffing support for the Urology Clinics. This position ensures all Vancouver Clinic, and clinical policies and procedures are followed by the clinical staff. Responsibilities include providing safe, high-quality patient care with positive outcomes while observing cost containment and safety issues.
