Job Description: This role is responsible for Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) at site level and ensures that all products leaving the site are safe, legal and in line with expectations. The job holder leads the Site Q&FS team and ensures a trustful, transparent, collaborative way of working with all relevant functions. This Associate is responsible for implementing and sustaining the Mars Quality Management Process, Standards and Systems. The Q&FS Manager is a member of the site management team and represents Q&FS in all site-related matters.
