OVERVIEW: The Program Manager is responsible for management of the customer projects, within a program portfolio. Including all administrative support and oversight of all market functions associated with construction operations. This individual is tasked with leading a team to produce quality work efficiently within the timeframe and budget required. The Program Manager plans, coordinates, and manages multiple functions and teams while ensuring the company meets stated financial goals and customer deliverables. All of this is accomplished by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff. This position is optional by market, if duties are carried out by Director of Operations.
