GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for all activities in the organization's contracts administration function.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Oversees the preparation of proposals, negotiations, and the administration of contracts that follow company policies and legal requirements
•Directs and develops policies and processes that govern the contract administration staff and provide guidance on contract terms and the assessment of contract proposals
•Leads negotiations for complex and high-value contracts
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
•Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred. Degree Focus - International Relations, Business Administration, or Legal Studies
•CCCM (Certified Commercial Contracts Manager) or CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) preferred.
•10+ years of relevant experience in International Commercial Contracting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Program Management, or a related field.
