$45,000+ Position Summary: The Assistant Manager provides support and leadership to all departments by managing and executing staffing plans, operations policies, company standards and Standard Operating Procedures. Principal Duties & Responsibilities · Directly oversees the daily operations of the attraction, including but not limited to: Ticketing, Retail, Pre-Show Experience, Ride Experience, and Facility Operations. · Acts as attraction and facility Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager. · Oversees each Departments' schedules.
