The Department Manager II is a key operations link between the organization and both drivers and customers. The Department Manager II oversees a department (Feed or Live Haul) for multiple locations and/or is responsible for additional complex customer required responsibilities outside of the normal scope of a Department Manager. The Department Manager II will work to continually improve processes that result in opportunities for growth and reduce customer costs as well as overseeing Dispatchers (where applicable).
