Position Summary The Merchandising Manager serves our internal and external customers by developing and implementing training, development and scheduling of our Merchandisers to maximize customer service by ensuring that standards are executed in the marketplace.  Primary Responsibility : Responsible for allocating orders, releasing work to warehouse floor, balancing workflow, and ensuring inbound and outbound truck turn times are within acceptable levels.
