The Staff Development Officer (SDO ) will works with various partners and program teams to support Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) activities and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff across programs, providing effective feedback, and supporting the development and data tracking of the Integrated Plan (IP). The Staff Development Officer promotes system integration, monitors provider performance and contract adherence, and oversees Early Intervention activities. It also serves as a liaison between RUHS-Behavioral Health, providers, and fiscal teams, while supervising and coordinating assigned staff.
