General Purpose The Property Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's physical assets, operations, and business continuity. This role leads property risk assessments, develops risk‑reduction strategies, manages insurance programs, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the organization maintains a resilient and compliant property risk posture. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive property risk assessments across facilities, equipment, and operations. Develop and implement risk‑mitigation strategies, including loss‑prevention programs, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness plans.
