Job Overview The HR Supervisor will assist the HR Manager by overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and directly supervising the plant HR Generalists and HR Specialists. This role ensures the consistent execution of HR Programs, employee relations processes, workforce engagement initiatives, and compliance across the plant. The HR Supervisor will serve as the primary front-line HR resource for employees and supervisors, providing guidance and support on routine HR matters.
