The Director, Minor Construction Program Management is responsible for the end-to-end oversight, performance, and delivery of the University's minor construction program for approved projects with a total project cost under $7.5M. This role oversees approximately 350 active projects valued at over $60M annually and manages a $50M+ annual forecasted program. This position serves as the University's delegated authority for project budgets, change orders, compliance, and third-party program performance.
