Job Description The General Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and growing Badger's operational business in the assigned region. This position is accountable for developing and executing a one-year business plan with a view of safe operations, excellent customer service, employee retention, enhance financial performance and growth of the business. The base salary for this role will range between $175,000 to $230,000 based on education and/or experience.
