The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, monitor, and manage the production and inventory plans for the Flavors/Spice business. This role strives to find the optimal balance between inventory, customer service, and production/distribution cost goals in an SKU-intensive environment. This role also plays a key role in the startup of new products and changes to existing products. Responsibilities : Minimize Working Capital by developing production and finished goods inventory plans each period as part of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle. Conduct cross-functional S&OP meetings each period. Oversee the order and delivery process of packaging materials to support production plans.
