McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. Position Summary: The Civil Site Utilities Superintendent is a critical field leadership position and is foundational to our projects success and safety. The Civil Site Utilities Superintendent will oversee construction of civil projects in the field, providing leadership to field foremen, and ensure successful completion of trade work. The Superintendent will also work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and quality completion of construction process. **Candidate must be willing to travel or relocate for the duration of a project within the Midwest region.
