Mental Health Kokua (MHK) is hiring a Behavioral Health Program Manager in Honolulu, Oahu to lead daily operations within our Iwilei Kauhale community serving adults living with serious mental illness. This full-time, on-site leadership role brings together behavioral health services, staff supervision, resident support, program operations, safety, facility coordination, and community partnerships. As Behavioral Health Program Manager, you’ll lead a team while helping ensure residents receive respectful, recovery-oriented services in a safe and well-managed community. This role is ideal for a Licensed Social Worker who enjoys hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and working collaboratively with residents, staff, service providers, and community partners.
